All-steel laminae coupling. The heart of the RADEX-N steel laminae coupling are the laminae sets along with their connection to hubs and spacers.
The high-strength and special dowel screws are reciprocally screwed to hubs and spacer allowing for a combination of friction and positive-locking fit.
The RIGIFLEX®-N steel laminae couplings are used wherever reliable and backlash-free torque transmission with simultaneous shaft displacement is required. They are connected fully backlash-free with hubs and flanges via positive-locking dowel screws.
The RIGIFLEX-HP steel laminae couplings (High-performance coupling) are used for severely high-speed drives with a circumferential speed of up to 200 m/s.
The special properties of this coupling type are smooth running even with highest speeds and the weight-optimised design. Due to the low coupling weight of these steel laminae couplings the loads on driving and driven side are reduced as far as possible.
