ROTEX® Torsionally Flexible Jaw Couplings

ROTEX® torsionally flexible jaw couplings are elastomer couplings characterized by a compact design.

In spite of low weights and mass moments of inertia of the elastomer couplings they are able to transmit high torques. The compact shaft couplings are characterized by a long service life and sound operating characteristics generated by allover machining.

ROFLEX® Failsafe Shaft Couplings

A particular feature of the torsionally flexible and failsafe ROFLEX® shaft coupling is its short design resp. short DBSE [Distance Between Shaft Ends]. Short shaft distance dimensions allow for space-saving power packs.

The ROFLEX is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. This is confirmed by the ATEX approval that applies for the European region and the EAC declaration which is intended for the Eurasian region. The ATEX type examination certificate and EAC certificate are specified in the menu item "Service".

POLY-NORM® Torsionally Flexible, Fail-Safe Shaft Couplings

REVOLEX® Flexible Pin & Bush Couplings

REVOLEX are torsionally flexible, fail-safe pin & bush couplings that are mainly used in applications with high torques and drives subjected to shocks. They are specifically solid, fail-safe, compensate for any kind of shaft displacement while transmitting the torque reliably. The REVOLEX pin & bush couplings can be plugged in axially and are characterized by short dimensions.

These pin & bush couplings are generally equipped with hydraulically dismountable pins which means that special tools are not required for disassembly. The coupling components of the REVOLEX® pin & bush couplings are maintenance-free and allow for a smooth disassembly of elastomer rings along with pins in mounted condition.
